 100 Years Old

So cute... I almost cried when she came home with this...  And it must be just a little kiss from God that it comes home on the same day she has a total meltdown and calls me a "mean mom."

And to know that you will still rank up there w/ macaroni and cheese and her friends... 

Kelly and I had this conversation just the other day about how you can go from having your heart melted into a puddle on the floor by your kids one minute, and then the next be so furious at them that you have to walk out of the room just so that you won't scream horrible things at them!!!  ... or maybe that's just me...  At any rate, you are a great mom and this is a wonderful testament to that.

My daughter did a writing project just like that at her school.  I love the creative spellings.  They're heart-rendingly charming.  My daughter has done them for awhile, but first grade is changing that.
